Returns

Paper Patterns: We hope you are happy with our patterns however should you decide to return a product please contact us within seven days of receiving your item and before returning the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Copy Patterns: Printed copies of purchased digital patterns are not eligible for refunds unless they are found to be faulty.

Digital Patterns: Refunds are not given for digital downloads once downloaded.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
